Besides the perpetual freezing, 1.9 is facing another problemServer Restart soon. Wait until after restart to play ranked matches
Well that's great and dandy except I didn't know "soon" meant the entire day. Look into this please

No, the server experiences a complete freeze, and when it unfreezes it's like nothing happened. It's different from the old 1.7 freezes, where hits sped up to 7 in a second. In the 1.9 lag there is only usually 1 or 2 hits that deliver after the unfreeze. If you go to 1.9 and just play a ranked match or something you'll see it. It happens around every 30-90 seconds
This is not client side as many of my friends experience the lag at the same time as me

Hm, probably some bug fix that needs to be applied to 1.9We are going to be redoing some stuff with 1.9 soon anyways most likely.
