how about a mod rank that is for starters, you will only be able to ban, kick, mute, and tempban, and also fly. You have to have other staff permissions to host your own UHC, you would have to have regular mods and nobody else on the staff team to give you the ability to reboot the server, also you could spectate anything. You will have to ask the admins to give you the ability to enable global mute. The rank would be called the StartMod rank.

Basically Trial Mod, who get limited permissions before getting full mod. We as regular mods don't have any permissions to reboot servers, and we can only global mute on our respective servers. I'm sorry but this doesn't sound like a good idea.

Some of the things you listed have more perms than regular mods. XD
Trial Mod's can mute on their designated server, so I was a Trial Minigames Moderator so I could only mute in Minigames servers. Unless I applied and got into UHC I would not be able to host a UHC. Hope my explanation was helpful.

-1, I don't need to explain, thank you @Cheekyff and @ElvenKing_ for clarifying all of this about how trialmod works, because I don't fully know, but honestly, we don't need more mod ranks.
