They made sacrificing against the rules because it gave an unfair advantage to famous people; sharing accounts like this is simply a bypass to that rule, and no different.+1

The only reason to go on other accounts on stream is to entertain the viewers. It isn't helping the user, as they are not on their account. It's not giving infinite lives simply because once an account dies, it can't win stats. It's also quite difficult to enforce. Besides, it's the person with the account's choice. Also, sharing accounts is allowed in Arena. I love your highlights btw.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

Sharing accounts and alting in general has made badlion so much less competitivePosted on 25 May 2016 - 05:35 PM
it is allowing the player to get more lives and have a higher chance at winning the gamePosted on 27 May 2016 - 02:24 PM

First claim is false, first hand experience.
Second claim makes no sense. Sure they can claim it as a win, but that means nothing. They aren't gonna get an award for claiming a win. Only if possibly if it's your acc you won on.
Third claim is also false. That analogy makes no sense. Sacrificing is illegal since it directly helps you win. Getting another acc may help you win, but on a different acc. Its way different

I don't think you have experience with streaming. They do want there streams to keep going, every viewer for them counts. Viewers help them get partnered, viewers make them money off of ads when they are partnered, Viewers push them higher on the game they are playing. Good UHC players are good because they are dedicated, when they are that dedicated they want to be able to keep playing and getting better, thats why on any day a stream would accept someones account. Some streamers do agree with you and won't because they think its unfair or they will play another game. Not all streamers stream more than one game. Streamers may also lose a lot of viewers, for example when BlueDeww is doing a UHC he holds around 400 viewers at a time, once he dies if he play another game or goes to arena/sg he holds about 150-200. Streamers do care about there streams and alot of them do it as there job and to make money they need to consistently have as many viewers as possible. Im going to stop making this an MLK speech and stop here.

Implying that you have more experience with streaming? Your entire post is uncorroborated.

Yes. He does imply that he does. That doesn't mean he streams, it means that he watches them. If someone dies in a UHC early, it's not a fun stream. People want them to keep streaming. And it's not like there's a rule if you aren't streaming and someone gives you an account then that's illegal. So no, it doesn't change anything. It only makes people give them accounts.

Well I stream myself and I watch a few hours of twitch everyday and have been watching "twitch" since it was justin.tv. I have also talked to many streamers and asked them about various things like what other games do you play. Alot of them said maybe one other game but they said they only streamed the game they were playing. Like I said in my previous post, if they only stream minecraft, getting someones account will keep 95% of their viewer base, and a lot of streamers do streaming as a full time job, or are trying to make it a full time job. So having the ability to keep their viewers and entertain them for longer is gold to them.

-1 BadLion would get more money from the players/fanbase being attracted to BadLion, from the streamer. We want BadLion to grow, and for the devs to get more money, so they can provide us with a better server. Plus, Gberry and Archy deserve to be paid more $$$ so that's why they should have multiple accounts. Plus, we all enjoy UHC Highlights from Danteh's 194892892482 accounts, right?Posted on 29 May 2016 - 02:46 PM
+1Doesn't matter whether they're streaming, if they die they're out. Done. Poof.
They can go play something else to keep the stream going.

+1If they're popular streamers that means they're good, right? So if they're that good, then all they have to do is just not die until they get to the surface. For every famous person, that should be simple enough. @xCarson kappa
