How the Elo/matchmaking should be

As a player of Badlion/Kohi for about two years, I have a few suggestions.Many times I have gone againts 2Ks but its almost impossible for players of my skill level(1400-1700) to beat players who are much more skilled.
So maybe when a player goes into matchmaking making it do you only get someone at the most 200 elo above your elo.
