Ender Pearl Delay in FFA

I think that in Kohi FFA there should be no/little enderpearl delay. This way the combat style would be much more interesting and the enderpearls wouldn't just be a useless thing sitting in hotbars. It would add a new element to the pvp style.People are going to say "Oh well noobs will just enderpearl away endlessly". That would happen regardless. I should know, I've ran away using enderpearls before.

Perhaps not no cooldown maybe only a 3 second cool down.
