Can't connect to NA server with Forge

When I use Forge (10.13.4.1558-1.7.10) I can't connect to the NA or the AU servers, but I can connect to NAW and EU.I tried disabling all the mods, and it still won't connect. The only way I can connect is to use vanilla 1.7.10.
Did something change on the NA/AU servers recently? It used to work May 21, and stopped on May 22.

Looks like it's working now. Still can't ping AU, but NA is working.Thanks for whatever you fixed!
