TCP Mod wont work :'(

So i downloaded the TCP no delay mod but it wont work, i get a crash report every time can any one help me please ?? What am i doing wrong !!

download OpenEye and then place it in your mods folder. After that run MC again and then if it crashes again, remove the TCP mod from your mods folder (keeping the OpenEye in there) and run minecraft again. There will then be a flashing button to the right of minecraft realms. Click on the crash log and open URL and it can tell you why you crash
