Badlion should add a new game mode to UHC.I think Tree Feller should be added. Basically when you break a piece of wood with an "Axe" the whole tree should drop all the rest of the wood.
I think this would go well with Cutclean and @45 Min rush.

seems more like a speed uhc scenario.In my opinion UHC is suppose to be hard with some gamemodes that make it challenging and fun. But with this gamemode I would feel as UHC would be too easy since people would just get tremendous amounts of apples.

Yes i agree it should be used for RUSH GAMEMODES ONLY! (Occasionally Mini UHCs)
