Hit Detection = Dafuq?!

May I ask what the actual hell is wrong with the hit detection. Many videos including 'ItsAustenn's Badlion Experience' Video suggests how inconsistent the latency on Badlion is, in terms of hit detection. Will this ever be fixed?!Thank You.
