Arena PvP-Ranked Skywars question

Whenever I play ranked sky wars, after a minute, my island falls but not my opponents, resulting in me loosing. Why doesn't my opponent's island fall? I am a noob so yeah. Thanks in advance!Posted on 31 May 2016 - 08:16 AM
In the skywars ladder there are 2 starting islands and one middle island. The starting islands will fall down after a minute so that you are encouraged to bridge to the middle island. I think the island you are saying doesn't fall down is the middle, you need to bridge there as fast as possible.Posted on 31 May 2016 - 08:22 AM

So if I'm building a bridge to center, and the islands fall down before I get there, will my unfinished bridge fall down too?
