Invite the top 32/64 Global players to a tournament at the end of each season. Seed them based on ranking, and set up rounds so that they play 1 game of each ladder (Best of 15) in a random order until one person wins 8 games. Play until you have a winner, and give that person a [Season _ Winner] tag and possibly a small cash prize.You'd have to figure out rules with shared accounts, but otherwise I think this would be pretty entertaining to watch. Your tourney organizers haven't been doing much lately and it would guarantee semi-regular events, as well as giving you more opportunities to expand into the competitive tournament scene.

Allow shared accounts during the season, rules would be too hard to enforce and would lead to ridiculous witch-hunting. For the tournament itself, only allow one player for the entire tournament. Each person only gets to play on one account, and each account only gets one person. Use IPs to verify people are following the rule, shouldn't be too hard with a team of seniors/admins and only 64 people.
