When it comes to making Minecraft pvp competitive we were first until Mineplex came in and bashed all of Badlion's hard work with MC Competitive elo and claimed they were the first server to make Minecraft competitive. Here are some tips for making Minecraft more competitve and possibly creating "Minecraft Esports".Teams
These are different from clans and is your roster in tournaments. Each team can have up to 15 members but only up to 7 can participate in each tourney. You can register them by emailing them to the staff.
Tournaments/ Mini Tournaments
Tournaments happen at the end of every season and have big prizes. Mini Tournaments can be hosted like Hosted UHCs. On the website we should have a Tournaments calender, upcoming tournaments, and stats. Mini Tournaments have small prizes such as temporary donator ranks and small sums of money.
More Laddees
There should be ladders for SG, Vault Battles, Factions, Cubecore, and if you consider my idea above, tournaments.
Toxicity
With the competitiveness there will be more toxicity. Since Punishments 2.0 just came out we don't need to change it that quickly but we will eventually need to make it more strict due to the toxicity from tryhards complaining about losing.
