Hello, i'm sure that all of us have experienced frame lag in UHC due to the Anti-Xray. This usually happens when the border is closer to 100x100. The lag usually starts at 500x500 border.My idea is that the Anti-Xray be turned off at 500x500. It is very possible to turn it off, as it has been done before. When the border is at 500x500, it is very easy to catch xray'rs in these borders as there will be less than 50 players left, and the large majority of them are up fighting and any players mining could easily be checked for xray.

-1Without anti xray I get 60-100 and with anti xray I get 60-100 and I have never experienced frame issues at 500x500. If you don't like the anti xray just play on another server. Problem solved.
