How can i fix the lag while I'm recording?

Hello, so a couple months ago I bought a new computer.It usually runs between 200-500 FPS and while I'm recording/streaming it runs between 100-120. The problem becomes when i start PVPing, it runs at 100 FPs but it looks as if it's 30 FPS what really annoys me.
What can I do? Is there any solution? I'll really appreciate if you could help me!

There are many tutorials on YouTube , so you can lookup that.Anyway just mess around with the settings on your recording software
