Intelligent, grumpy, secretive, occasionally frustrating, highly efficient, thoughtful. Likes to pretend to be a dick, but is professionally very defensive of his staff and privately very supportive of them. Has helped me personally a lot during my time on staff.

Now that summer's here, I spent probably around two hours a day doing appeals, and then maybe a miscellaneous hour here and there muting people, helping out in the staff discord, and dealing with senior level reports.
