In a single UHC, loads of people spam /helpop. I used to be a UHC host, and I can tell you that it is certainly hard keeping up with the amount of questions you get. Sometimes the mods will miss a message- not everyone is perfect.

Also, if you believe you were ignored by a staff member report them here - https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/8

Listen, a lot of hosts and moderators are often watching other things than helpop. For example, if somebody has been reported for iPvP or x-ray, etc., the host then has to try and record evidence of that person breaking the rules. Therefore, they are not always able to answer your questions. In your regards to being iPvP'ed, you can simply record evidence of you being iPvP'ed and report them here: https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/8 The player will then be dealt with if the evidence is sufficient. Us hosts do try our hardest to answer all of your questions and concerns and I'm sure nobody on the staff would purposely ignore a serious question/concern. I am sorry for the inconvenience this might've caused you.

Wtf listen. I got hacked on. He flew to me. I send the evidence to a host. He said not enough evidence? U clearly saw it. I said “Host wtf watch??“ and got muted for 1 week.
Some mods only be mods for the rank.

We have to check first person evidence with senior hosts, so it was the senior host that determined that the evidence was insufficient, not the host.

That's hackusation, alerting a staff member of a hacker, keep it /helpop, /report or /msg. Additionally we do not determine how long people get muted for, your punishments page does.

This is just a general life tip, making ridiculous assumptions such as these without backing up your point in any way is a dangerous thing. The host that muted you for hackusation was IEllieI, one of the most active and dedicated hosts on the team. She has hosted nearly 200 games and is regarded by a decent number of people (high levels of sarcasm detected) as one of the best hosts in general. Not to mention she's been both Arena and Minigames Senior in the past, with a senior host-worthy record as UHC host.

But if they're ignoring your helpop because you're asking a dumb question like "what shoe size are you" then don't report them for that…

^ Which you can report them for. The hosts aren't able to read and answer every single message so be considerate of that.

Locked.
