Country name is racist?

Recently, I was testing to see if stating a country that one of my friends lived in would be counted as racist… What if someone asked him the questionPlayer 1: "Where do you live?"
Player 2: "Niger"
He would get muted for answering a question? This doesn't make sense to me why this is racist…

I do believe that I should get unmuted and this shouldn't be classified as racist, because in all reality it is a name of a country.
