I was wondering if alts were allowed. The rules state that they are not allowed yet another thread said it was. Can I get a clean answer? Thanks

You sure? Not saying that you're wrong but aren't you allowed to as long as it's not more than 2? @DexterMC for confirmation because he knows everything.

As long as you're not ip banned you can have as many as you like, it's just logical.
