And as you can see I am clearly a donator
I was trying to get into the NA West Game and it was 1 minute before the game opened….
Can you fix this issue?

If this happens again the best response I can give you is to try relogging. If that doesn't work I recommend reporting it to a staff member and they can deal with it.
