20.3cps is actually insane and the fact that you claim you are "consistent" with it, sorry to be a hater, but it's pretty unbelievable hahaAnd to answer the question in the title, I got 2002 on build uhc with 6.5cps, I think cps matters to an extent, but being accurate with a bow and having that dead eye, good timing with the rod, and escaping a fatal situation are good factors in winning a battle in my opinion. Just having good "Game Sense" in general, I think people worry about cps too much.
