I am 1600 Build elo, everytime when i see a 1300 elo in an ranked match he is elo manipulating and kills me, thats why i am not 1,8k. PLS fix this elo manipulating !!!! Every 1300 elo is elo manipulating PLS HELP!!!! It makes me kinda sad!!!Posted on 15 June 2016 - 04:11 PM

What do you mean?Just because someone has low elo doesn't mean they aren't allowed to beat you
