Hackusating is not allowed/mutable offense because it lets the person who is possibly (not necessarily) hacking know that someone is suspecting/accusing them. When someone uses /report [name] no one knows that they were reported except the person who reported them and the mods. The mods can then spectate the player without them knowing about it and check to see if they are indeed cheating, and if so ban them.If he was hacking or not it's still a hackusation.
