Today my brother got banned for GCheat since he did hack but we use the same internet so if he or me get 2 perm Bans we both get IP banned ?

Only if you have an IP ban on your internet. If you do you either can't play or play on another internet.

Your IP gets banned after 2 accounts are perm banned. Read this if you want to get un-ip banned
