Weird Ping Changes

Over the last 2 days I've been occurring odd ping changes, I live in the Pennsylvania area and have always had good ms to the network, hovering between 20 - 60 the entire time.I've jumped from NA East 30ms to 150ms CONSTANT
Even the connection I get to EU servers (110ms) feels DRAMATICALLY smoother than my US one.
I'm very confident this is not my side of the problem considering I have this problem with nothing else except the Quebec, Canada OVH hosted server.
I have very consistent internet as well, so I would assume it would not be me : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5414298184
Is anyone else occurring these extremely weird ping changes?

To be honest, I'd just play on EU for the time being. You have the same ping on EU as I did on NA back in season 7/8 and I still pulled 1650 GApple in 8. That was my long-standing record till this season.Posted on 18 June 2016 - 07:39 PM
I have the same problem, I only have this ping issue on badlion all the others server i get about 30 ms. I have 28 ping on my speedtest, I get 70-80 ping on badlion its the only server I get bad ping on. All the others servers I have 30-50.
