Normalization of sexual violence
How is sexual violence normalized in the US and UK? Please, do tell.
Believe it or not rape is illegal in every single fucking country in the west.
How great is that?
If you want to see an actual rape culture I urge you to look towards the Middle East and parts of Africa.
Cheers

You are saying sexual violence is normal or becoming normal in our society. It isn't.
Read my post again and maybe it will get through that largely peculiar thick skull of yours.

A third of people believe women who flirt are partially responsible for being raped (Amnesty, 2005)
These things are spread and made to last in our society as we have things such as gig groping, catcalling etc…

You "think" it's stupid, but it's a reality women face. Are you a woman?

Grew up in a household surrounded by only women. They were never treated differently on the basis of their gender. They were never discriminated against because they happen to be women. They were and remain, not oppressed. One of them is a 'Conservative' (although i consider her a libertarian instead, she doesn't care much for politics) and the other two both labour voters, one of them being a devout socialist as much to my disappointment but its a free country and she can think what she likes; I care about and respect her nonetheless. No i am not a woman , are you, mr white knight?

However, this should never be used in a way to shift the blame of a rape onto a woman. If anyone tries to bring this up in a court of law, they are laughed out. In rape cases, the aggressor is always in the wrong (except for all those high profile false rape reports but who cares about those anyway).
