elo drained becuse of timed out
I just got logged out and lost elo from this and when i went back it says kicked form other location can some staff check if thiers a other ip connecting with my account because im pissed i just lossed 40 elo because of that

lagged out 2 times and there were so low elo and somehow just gave them the match so i lost elo

It's funny, because I'm pretty sure the K-Factor on BL's ELO system is 32… xD

(K-Factor is the maximum amount you can lose/win in one game)

K factor is the additive amount between any match. For example, if 2 people played and had the same elo, if one of them won they'd get 16, and if the other won they'd also get 16. If a 2k played a 1400 then if the 2k won he'd get 1 elo, and if the 1400 won he'd get 31.
Rephrased, k factor is the amount you can lose + the amount you can win in any given match.

Well what I said is still true, you cannot change your elo by more than 32… :D
And not by more than 31 for that matter, because as you said, the minimum 1 elo winning.
