Ping vs ping

Personally it pisses me off when I play someone teleporting around and I can bearly hit them. I have 1 solution to this problem. Players who have the same ping range should play against each other.For example: 0-100 ping should play each other and higher ping like 400-500 should play each other.
Just a suggestion from the sexiest dolphin on the server :D

Don't you know PVP means"Ping Vs Ping"
So yeah, it's not called player vs player.
