Personally, I have never heard the term, but confirming with some staff I now know what the term means; (You have probably heard what it is before)

Superspecing: When someone uses an illegal game modification to gain access to gear that a particular player has, such as items the players has in their inventory.

@lachlol as long as you don't have a client on to view the players inventory or armour/item bar status you're fine :)

Some clients allow you to look inside someones' inventory to see what they have, something which only mods/hosts are allowed to do (when modding/hosting the game).
