You're thinking as if everyone is going to toggle it or go on at the same time. That's not going to happen. A minute will be different for everyone else. If 100 players use the mod, that'll be about 1 or 2 people spamming the message each second.
The idea of it is good, but the other effect that'll it bring to the server is a big no.

I can of course change how customizable the message is, I could limit it to a list of selectable options for example.
People cannot spam it since it's delay is 1 minute, which btw is according to the rules as far as I remember.
Adding an option to disable requests and only auto-duel is not that hard to implement, I could make it happen.
Of course it wouldn't dumbly spam every chat you join for eternity and of course it wouldn't ask for duel requests when you are in game.
Any other questions?

I'm way to late but in my opinion this would be pointless.1. to play the game you accept/send a request for you would have to be at your comp to do so.
2. many people would use it therefore creating spam.
3. there is no 3rd reason. 1-2 was enough.
It's a great idea and an award winning one. but the use of this mod is second to none. some ideas are best left as ideas and this is one of them. peace.

1. i have no idea what you said here, i assume english isn't your first language so please rephrase that
2. currently people ask for duels about 2-3 times before actually getting dueled, if everyone used it then people would get dueled on the first time
