Arena PVP instant death glitched

Hello, i just died to a 1300 in BuildUHC. I got teleported in the void and instantly died and lost 31 elo. Here is the evidence: https://www.badlion.net/match/arenapvp/1v1-17/27777946 as you can see she didnt even use her sword because it is full durability. Is there any way to prevent this from happening or what causes this to happen so I don't do it again next time?
