/Helpop While Muted

This is why I think even though you can be muted, you should still be able to use the /helpop command:-You are only muted from the global chat, because of toxicity consisting of other players, whereas you might be able to have a civilized helpop conversation that relates to a cheater.
-Hackers can EASILY hack on someone without getting banned if they are muted (if they aren't being spectated on already). The reason for this is because they can ./bminfo the player, than use kill-aura/xrayer whatever they want because they know first person evidence is not accepted. Therefore the muted player is put at an unfair disadvantage because they are muted and cant /helpop a hacker. Maybe they deserve to be muted, however hackers have a very high success rate of hacking on a muted player than any other, and just because they are muted, it doesn't mean that they should have a physical disadvantage in the game.
-Just a thought because this happens to me all the time, I can do anything about it.

Think about it this way - I mute people for saying inappropriate things in helpop etc. I would be muting people and it would not have a purpose because they can still say inappropriate things in helpop. So it really does not make sense why we would allow you to /helpop whilst muted.
