Specs
Been researching general PC specs recently, for the past few months actually. Planning on getting a new PC soon. This is currently the best part list I could come up with for it's price.

Is there anything else I can/should downgrade and still be able to get 144 FPS (planning on getting a 144hz Monitor) on any settings? If it makes a major price difference, something that gets above 120 FPS is fine (120 hz monitor). I'm decent with PC's, but I'm sure many people here are better than me.

From what I've read you don't need a new cpu cooler with the xeon, the stock cooler works just fine.

I may just be dumb, but can you reword that? I feel like that didn't make sense.

From reading around the stock cpu cooler on the xeon works just fine. So unless you just want one you don't need to get a different one.

Why are you spending $200 on Windows 7? Just get 10 for $80. And you don't need liquid cooling that expensive for a CPU of that tier.

Whoops, didn't mean to get a 7. As for the other thing, I fixed/changed.
