I have tried to get mods on my computer, which is a Dell Desktop Windows10. I have downloaded forge,but when I press "open" it says open with .jar opener. ;-; I installed .jar, but all it does is show me a color with the word jar. literally. i need help plz help idk what else to do. i want to get mods like optifine so i can get better fps. I JUST NEED HELP PLZ

If you follow the process in this vid step by step there shouldn't be any issues. Posting a photo or video of the error you are receiving would also be helpful. Sometimes the computer rejects a foreign jar file so you have to manually open the file by right clicking it and clicking open.Feel free to pm me with questions, I'd be more than happy to help out.
