What the hell...?

So Diamond isn't a very popular ladder, right? This happened a few weeks ago, a whole shitload of people started joining Diamond. I thought a famous person like Danteh was in the queue, so i joined it too. I got a match. I got this obvious hacker with 6 block reach, no kb. Queue again by accident. Another hacker.
Today, same thing happened in UHC. Like 12 people queued in, and all of them were these 1300-1400s. I queued. Paired up with a 1450. Complete bow god, destroys me. Queue again. Another 1300 destroys me with the bow.
Is this some type of prank? All of these hackers/alts keep targeting one specific underplayed ladder occasionally, locking it so no one can join without getting drained. Anyone else notice this…?

?EDIT: I barely play Ranked so I haven't noticed this problem.

In past seasons, I've seen that there is a good amount of hackers in the Diamond ladder.
