Glitched Match???

Ok, so I joined a ranked match and all of sudden the kid I was 1v1ing flew into the air and disappeared. That was all that happened. He was no longer in the ring and I was stuck running around the ring asking for help in chat, no one helped. I msged the kid that was in the match and he said he wasn't even in the match with me at all. So basically I was 1v1ing no one and I lost elo because no one helped me and I was stuck… I mean the kid did not even have the same kit as me!!! That's hilarious!!Match Link:
