PC Specs
Planning on getting a new PC soon. This is currently the build I'm probably going to go for.
Anything I should know/change about it? http://pcpartpicker.com/list/sF2WXH
I'm fairly sure it should be able to run a constant 100+ FPS w/ anti-xray, but let me know if I'm wrong about that.

That'll get you more than 100 fps

Alright. Wasn't sure since I'm not familiar with how much FPS is reduced by anti-xray

Just realized I put this in the wrong section.
@Suits can you move this to the general discussion area

Moved to correct area.

You do not need an i7 if you aren't going to do stuff like: Streaming, multitasking, or heavy editing (this is not editing minecraft videos).

Same goes for memory, you can probably still go with 16gb

Here's what I would do:

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/DMTjcc

I went with the new Skylake i5 6600K - an overclockable i5, which is more than you need. This enables support for DDR4 Memory, which is what I also added (but only 8GB, the difference between 8gb and 16gb of RAM in minecraft isn't that noticeable from my experiences..
With the extra $$ i saved you by going to a more reasonable processor (you don't need an i7 most likely - as you are building a pc to just run minecraft at 100+fps), I got you a much better GPU.

Kept the rest the same

I understand that, which is why I went with an i7. I'm possibly going to be streaming or stuff of that sort sometime soon

I meant around 100+ with anti-xray which usually reduces FPS by quite a bit. Looking for 300+ normally, around 120 streaming/recording

If youre streaming, it worries me about your gpu though, a 750TI isn't exactly for streaming, more for a budget build

I can upgrade if it comes to that.

Not sure if you would know, but would something such as anti-xray rely more on CPU or GPU? It basically creates a bunch of fake blocks, which I would assume would be GPU. Is that correct?

In general, are you familiar with anti-xray and how much it would decrease FPS

I feel like you're focusing too much on the anti-xray. Your minecraft will run fine. Minecraft, IIRC, relies mainly on the CPU, but that doesn't mean the GPU doesn't serve a purpose.

You shouldnt be building this PC just so you can have good FPS on anti-xray, your FPS will be fine.

That's good enough for Minecraft, but again, you don't need an i7

Get an i7 and a 970

Currently can't.
Planning on getting an 980 once I get the money. Gonna get the 750 for right now.

Yeah I know. Using that as an placement for higher end games. Planning on player higher end games as well.

Get an i5 6500 and an RX 480, it's top tier in price to performance ratio.

*The RX 480 is coming soon at the end of this month, it is currently not out yet.

http://pcpartpicker.com/list/f89Fd6 ? It's $40 more than your's with a better gpu

@Clique_Exec

How about the nvidia 1070? It's basically same as titan x which is like £1000 , and nvidia 1070 is like £300 I believe

RX 480 is *supposed* to be a very good card, with two running at the performance of a 1080 at less than the price of one 1080, this isn't confirmed yet, it releases today.

Also instead of a Haswell i7, maybe go for the Skylake one, it's the same price and enables ddr4 memory.

and enables ddr4 memory.

The difference between DDR4 and DDR3 fps in typical games is close to 0%

Barely better, almost the same thing. If I were to upgrade my GPU it would have to be to at least a 970
