Hello Badlion Playes, Staff, and Owners.

For over a year now I have had 2 accounts of my own. One of these accounts has been banned for no reason for over 2 weeks and has yet to be unbanned or have any admin or staff comment on it . I read this new rule and thought this question, What if the person did nothing wrong and they want to use there second account just for fun and not to gain elo for their main account or anyone elses? I think this is a rule that a lot of people may be asking.
