So when a person gets GCheated/banned by a staff member for cheating, they usually appeal guilty and get unbanned in a month,, but when they come back in a month they come back with the same stats that they got banned with, the stats they they cheated for. They only really get wiped when a staff member sees their punishments or if they get reported, so I thought that maybe when a person gets GCheated, they are automatically wiped a week later (which gives them time to appeal - sometimes GCheat bans for people glitching in blocks and staff members occasionally false ban). This would honestly save staff a lot of time and rid the leaderboards of cheaters, because right now there are people in the top 20 of each ladder that are currently banned for cheating but still have their ELO.Posted on 29 June 2016 - 06:46 PM

Rather ELO wipe if their appeal was accepted, then let them play. Wiping ELO during their ban could be unfair since they could be falsely banned. If their appeal is unaccepted, their ELO should be wiped if they aren't allowed on the network no longer.Posted on 30 June 2016 - 01:27 AM

Sounds like it would be a good implementation in my opinion. I agree, it definitely isn't fair for the players at the top to be competing with players stats who have already been banned.Posted on 30 June 2016 - 05:41 PM
