I feel people should be able to helpop while muted. People can have an important question to ask or have a hacker following them when they can not use /report since because of the cooldown or something similar. Please look into implementing thisPosted on 30 June 2016 - 06:15 AM
People are muted for a reason, if they could talk in helpop they would just spam stupid shit because they would know they are already muted and we cant stop themPosted on 30 June 2016 - 03:12 PM

This has been suggested countless times before and every time it was denied.Posted on 01 July 2016 - 05:46 PM
then you can make spamming helpop a 1 day ban or something like that. but not letting people use helpop makes it so they can not ask important questionsPosted on 02 July 2016 - 04:28 AM
How about learn to follow the rules and not get muted? Helpop is a form of communication and when you're muted, you get the privilege of using forms of communication, such as helpop, PMs etc taken away from you, so when you're muted you shouldn't be able to use helpop.Posted on 02 July 2016 - 11:05 AM

@RealSportsFan it's not a normal means of communication, it's a function that players and staff both use to catch rule breakers. It's not like the players are messaging friends with it. So, your point is really not applicable here.Posted on 02 July 2016 - 02:35 PM

Err it is, they can easily abuse this feature and spam it or whatnot with useless crap. If a player who is muted has spotted a rule breaker they can use /report
