I think that there are most definitely hidden talents in the community that should be revealed but on the other hand people would submit a ton of maps which really aren't up to the servers standards either gameplay or aesthetic wise and therefore would get disappointed and even waste maybe the staff's time? I mean I still am a Trial Member in the BuildTeam so I really shouldn't be saying that "why don't you apply for BuildTeam then"…
