When I go on NA EAST 1, I'll either see 1-2 mods or about 3-5 mods. When I go on NA EAST 2, I never see a mod, same for east 3 & 4. This needs to change because1. There's already hardly mods online.
2. If there are about 3-5 mods, they always stay on one server.
3. Mods need to not stay on one server all the time and go on east 2-4
4. I see spamming and shit, or teaming in FFA.
5. Usually if a Mod is online, they are just elo grinding for a fucking season that's about to end, do your fucking job and moderate.
6. As I was just typing this, I see tons of people spamming '777' on East 2, but guess what, NO FUCKING MODS ONLINE.
7. If I tell a mod, they aren't going to do anything.
My point is that mods need to stop going on only East 1, and go to all of them.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, reports are global. That means that if a mod is on NA East 1 and someone reports on NA East 3, then the mod on NA East 1 will still get the report. That means that whichever way they should be dealing with the reports, so it's not a big deal. Also, if there's a blatant hacker, record it and report them. Mods are players too,like then do not need to moderate all the time.
If u were a mod,would u only spend the time modding? I don't think so.

90%… they are players holy shit… they also have lives. it's not like they're getting paid for this; if they were i would complain too, but seriously, they do this voluntarily and honestly get nothing out of it.

I doubt they would be receiving the reports from other servers. If they did, there would be just a huge amount to look at and they wouldn't even be able to read the chat.
There should be a bit more activity but this doesn't mean just play in elo ladders and only focus on the chat and muting people. Some staff already do this and that's absolutely fine, but I do wish there would be a bit more.
Btw Judgement Day gets 20-30 staff on at the same time, but at other times (even peak times) theres just the one or no mods online in EU :[ Found it funny yesterday when people in chat were acting shocked that there were actually 2 mods and 1 trial online in EU 1, just shows how often they come on.

Yeah I know what you mean, but still that's a lot of time, and once again they get nothing out of it! So why should they even mod in the first place? It's voluntary! If you want to spend 90% of your time playing minecraft moderating, okay, you do you, but the staff team doesn't! They're normal players, they duel friends, mess around, have some fun, mute some people here and there but they are still normal players.
