Now before you leave this thread, hear me out.In many UHC's, a vital part of the game is now having a spectator to tell coords of other opponents, structures, etc.
If we were to stop spectators from joining the game, it would bring back that nostalgic feel of a real original Badlion UHC.
Obviously Mods/Hosts etc can join.
However if were were to bring in 'Specless' it would create a much more even environment, and more intense game-mode in my opinion.
I believe myself that spectators should not be allowed in general, however obviously that is not going to happen.
I think 'Specless' would be a really interesting game-mode. Feel free to add/remove features of this game-mode in the comments!

If you want guys, add some staff which you think would agree with this cool game-mode :)

Thing is, being able to spec UHCs is a paid feature, and with this gamemode, we'd effectively be taking this paid feature away from people with D+ and Lion.Posted on 02 July 2016 - 04:44 AM

Simply, if people enjoy the game-mode, more players, it will be played often. Also, it's not like their is a disadvantage involved. The whole point is that is is equal amongst participants, so it's not like they are the only one not being able to spec, much like Diamondless/Goldless, etc, it affects all individuals.
However even in the case where people do get butthurt about not being able to spectate, it is a simple as not applying the game-mode.
However from the response we have gotten in this thread already RealSportsFan, even donators are seeing this as a very enjoyable, equal and compatible game-mode.

Why not put it to the people?
Create a strawpoll, and broadcast it to the server.
After all, if people with ranks such as D+ or Lion (like myself and many others in the thread) agree with it, it would be an awesome game-mode.

+1You need to add this.In order to win uhc's nowadays u need to have good spec,so basically if in normal uhc's doesn't have a spec it decreases chanses to win it…
