Im sure a lot of people feel the same way I do. My main account has been banned for over 3 weeks for no reason. The only response from staff was the very first day that the appeal was up. I have tagged admins in my appeal and still no response. It is assigned to admins and no admin has responded yet.In my opinion there should be a new way of tagging staff and getting staff to noticed your appeal especially the appeals where people are not guilty.
This is honestly very annoying nad I have seen this in many appeals where a staff member says that they will escalate to admins and they have no reply in over a month. Could you please try to fix this badlion it would help out the appeal system and players greatly if there was a better system.

The reason they aren't replying is because appeals that have not been fully dealt with yet/not posted on in quite some time usually are the ones that staff will read. If you keep bumping and posting on your appeal, it will go right back to the top of the pile. i thinkPosted on 02 July 2016 - 11:47 PM
