Honestly is like anything in life. You do not have a full understand of the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes until you are actually part of the behind the scenes work. I personally work in the retail business (irl), and I cannot tell you how frustrating it is when any given customer that I help has absolutely no consideration for the amount of effort and the amount of knowledge I impart and completely blows off everything I say. Now I give this example because it is somewhat similar when we staff and help players on the forums or in game or any aspect of the Badlion network as a whole. There is always something going on behind the scenes, the amount of coordination and each staff member's level of commitment is something that is quite incredible and should be appreciated, not dumbed down.Now I understand that it may be frustrating when you have an issue or a question that you would like answered, but understand that not everything you want is always going to be instantaneous. Part of it is making the effort to reach out and do your part to your questions answered. You are always welcome to pm any staff member on the forums with questions or problems.
Just because you may not see staff in game sometimes, doesn't mean that there are never any staff on. Be careful with generalizations, if it becomes habitual it can be very dangerous and you will definitely create some negative opinions of yourself that most people would not others to have that perception of them.
