Hello Badlion Community,

To start off, I apologize for, eventually, having posted this thread in the wrong section of the forums. I have never been very much interested in frequenting such a place. It is also my duty to congratulate Badlion's developers on how seamless the forum registration process is. A huge step up from the forum system I am used to working with. Good job!

All of this aside, I come here to ask a question.

A friend of mine, AW_, was banned on Badlion (a few months ago; he did not specify the date of his punishment in his instructions). He has told me that he has appealed, and, on June 13th - of this year, might I add - his appeal was accepted. Now, the problem is: he is not unbanned! He has told me that he dearly wants to be able to play on Badlion again. I have needed to act as a courier, since your system prevents banned players from accessing your website (a useful feature, although one which can lead to troublesome situations such as this).


Any staff, please respond! Will AW_ be unbanned? His appeal says so!

His IP was unbanned. He still needs to appeal his AW_ account I believe.

He has told me that the message he receives is still: "You are IP banned."

Forgive me, I am very ignorant concerning networks, IPs, VPNs, alts, bans, and everything in-between. It is just very unfortunate that he cannot communicate directly with you. I will try to follow all the steps in a detailed manner if you explain how the system works, because I am lost. Sorry! :c

One day has passed, and I have, unfortunately, not received one satisfactory reply. Therefore, I will be bumping this thread. Thank you for the understanding, and I hope this catches the attention of more staff members!

He needs to appeal the actual GCheat ban now that he has appealed the IP ban.
