Getting elo and never playing again
There are obviously a lot of people who get to a high elo on a ladder then never play the ladder again or for a while. I think a new feature could be when you don't play a ladder for a while then you start to lose elo by a set amount. My friends shared their ideas that you shouldn't lose elo after reaching a certain place in the ladder, but that contradict the point of this idea. People shouldn't be able to get a high elo then never play and keep it. I am currently doing it with Build UHC. I reached 2.1k and now I just don't play. This is just an idea that came to mind though. Thank you for reading.

What if they are on a vacation? Got a surgery from jitterclicking?
And I mean having less time to grind for leaderboard is already bad enough….

-1 what if someone got bored and stopped plying arena all together and then came back and all their time spent grinding elo went down the drain.

I mean. If they got it one time I am pretty sure they can get it again.

-1, there is no good reason. There could be good reasons for a person not playing and not playing isn't something bad.

Nobody gets the elo, so it gets even worse! The average player who has ever been on badlion will have less than 1400 elo. It's just stupid (although most ppl who are often online will still have more)
Ya see there is a reason. People are top ten and don't play again. So, either way no one is getting the elo. The difference is they get to keep it doing nothing.

Considering you haven't played build in over 2 weeks to keep your 1700 elo. I think you should keep playing and get better, which is the point in arena.

did you only say this because you reached 2100 over 2 weeks ago and haven't played since.

I actually got drained from 1900 to 1800 build, but if you haven't noticed I have 1700 global which I have just hit so that was my goal for s12 so what about you stfu and start getting some good ideas.
