A lot of people ik have an account/ alt banned by a staff member who hasn't played or even looked at the appeals… (one has been 16 days).As I guess you can tell this is very frustrating for the players (my friend was banned for xray with no evidence, which makes it even more frustrating).
One solution I think that can fix this is if, the specific staff member hasn't replied to the appeal within 7 days (a week) it can be passed onto Senior Staff and Admins.
I honestly believe this will make the websites appealing system (which already is great) even better. @MasterGberry this would be great to test on beta?
