*This is like 90% sarcasm however it does make sense xD*Huahwi Theory: Huahwi is a TV show. Each and every time he disappears, that is the end of a Hunger Games season. Right now, season 3 has ended.
Each disappearance lasts 6ish months, the average wait between seasons of television shows.
