I honestly dont believe this is true, but i heard from other players that they always tend to find more diamonds on NA than on EU. And in fact this is kinda my own experienc too. I played two games today on NA and in both games i caved full diamond. On EU however i didnt manage to get to full diamond a single time in the last month…
As I said, i honestly think this is just luck, but it would be nice to hear it from a developer/coder if there is an element of truth to this or if this is just complete bs ;)

I mine enchants very game ;-; but diamond rates are the same on both proxies, your prob don't find as many diamonds on eu because the games are so big and the diamonds are taken from the caves
