cant esxalate appeal?

I am unable to escalate my appealmy punishment is still in place and for some reason it says that the ban is over?

You can't appeal mutes that were right. According to the new mute system, only false mutes are appealable. You wait it out.Last edited on 10 July 2016 - 02:05 PM by jkbb_
a mod called b1zzard 10 agreed to unmute me (he was the one that muted me) after I reported a bug to him where I was able to speak in public chat while still being muted
